Arcadia This Week 2/22/2021

Hello, Arcadia families,

Here is what’s up at Arcadia this week! HS students in the hybrid are in the building.

Monday, 2/22: Day 3

  • HS students in the hybrid return to the building

Tuesday, 2/23: Day 4

Wednesday, 2/24: Day 5

Thursday, 2/25: Day 6

Friday, 2/26: Day 1 and Catch Up Day

  • This day will be different from the previous catch up day (in December)--attendance will be taken.

  • Classes will run as usual, but no new content will be introduced. 

  • This is an opportunity for students to meet with teachers and make sure they are ready for the midterm, which will be on Tuesday, March 2nd. 

Schedule for Third Quarter

Rice County COVID numbers are down to 27.22/10,000 in a two week period. We hope to continue that downward trend! Keep masking and distancing! High school students who chose the hybrid model are back at school this week.

February 22-25: Hybrid Resumes--HS Week

February 26: Catch-up Day 

March 1-5: MS Week

March 8-11: HS Week 

March 12: Asynchronous Day AND Picture Day!

March 15-19: MS Week

March 19: End of Third Quarter

Summer Trip to Japan

If you are interested in traveling to Japan, last year’s trip has been rescheduled for this coming June. Contact Laura Stelter right away if you are interested!

Please report attendance-related information (appointments, illness) through our website, even during distance learning! Go to “Current Families” and then “ Report an Absence.” You can fill out as much as is relevant. If your child is ill, please make sure to report symptoms, as we are required to track a lot of information on illness this year!
